  "Merciful Father, I come before You with a heart that seeks forgiveness. I know that I have fallen short and sinned against You in thought, word, and deed. Cleanse me from my unrighteousness and lead me back to the path of Your truth. Help me to turn away from my sins and to walk in the light of Your love. I trust in Your grace and mercy, knowing that through Christ, I am forgiven and made new. Amen."

• Prayer for Forgiveness of Others
  "Lord, I ask for Your help in forgiving those who have hurt me. I confess that my heart is heavy with anger and bitterness, and I need Your grace to release it. Just as You have forgiven me, help me to extend that same forgiveness to others. Soften my heart and fill me with compassion, that I may let go of the past and walk in love. Teach me to forgive as You have forgiven me, that I may experience the freedom that comes from grace. Amen."
